Welcome to NFYVE – The Change (“NFYVE”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all NFYVE services, products, facilities, memberships, appointments, website, mobile communications, promotional campaigns, and purchases.

By visiting our premises, booking an appointment, purchasing a product, enrolling in a program, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all NFYVE divisions including but not limited to:

  • Wellness & Weight Loss
  • Aesthetics
  • Salon
  • Gym & Fitness
  • Nutri Food
  • Website and Online Bookings
  • Membership Programs
  • Gift Cards and Promotional Packages

2. Eligibility

Customers must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Provide accurate information during registration or booking.

NFYVE reserves the right to refuse service where legally or medically appropriate.

3. Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability.

NFYVE may:

  • Reschedule appointments due to operational requirements.

  • Modify appointment duration.

  • Assign another qualified professional if necessary.

Customers are requested to arrive at least 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.

4. Consultation Requirement

Certain treatments require a consultation before commencement.

NFYVE reserves the right to decline or postpone any treatment if:

  • It is considered medically unsuitable.

  • Required medical information has not been disclosed.

  • Customer safety may be compromised.

5. Medical Disclosure

Customers agree to disclose all relevant medical information including:

  • Allergies

  • Current medications

  • Pregnancy

  • Skin conditions

  • Recent surgeries

  • Chronic illnesses

  • Implants

  • Previous cosmetic procedures

Failure to disclose such information releases NFYVE from liability arising from undisclosed conditions.

6. Individual Results

Every individual responds differently.

Results from:

  • Weight Loss

  • Aesthetic procedures

  • Hair treatments

  • Skin treatments

  • Fitness programs

  • Nutrition programs

may vary depending on:

  • Age

  • Lifestyle

  • Genetics

  • Medical history

  • Compliance

  • Home care

  • Diet

  • Exercise

NFYVE does not guarantee identical results for every customer.

7. Weight Loss Services

Weight loss programs are designed to support healthier lifestyles.

Success depends upon:

  • Diet adherence

  • Physical activity

  • Lifestyle modifications

  • Attendance

  • Individual metabolism

NFYVE does not guarantee a specific number of kilograms, inches, or body-fat reduction.

8. Gym & Fitness

Members agree to:

  • Follow trainer instructions.

  • Use equipment responsibly.

  • Wear appropriate workout attire.

  • Maintain hygiene.

  • Respect other members.

Members should immediately stop exercising if they experience:

  • Chest pain

  • Dizziness

  • Breathing difficulty

  • Injury

  • Severe discomfort

NFYVE is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow professional guidance.

9. Salon Services

Salon outcomes may vary due to:

  • Hair history

  • Chemical treatments

  • Natural texture

  • Hair condition

  • Maintenance

Customers are encouraged to follow aftercare instructions.

Certain services may require a patch test before treatment.

10. Aesthetic Treatments

Certain procedures including PRP, GFC, laser treatments, facials, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced aesthetic services may require multiple sessions.

Temporary redness, swelling, sensitivity, bruising, peeling, or discomfort may occur depending on the procedure.

Customers are responsible for following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.

11. Nutri Food

Nutritional products and meals are intended to support a balanced lifestyle.

Customers should review ingredient information before consumption.

NFYVE cannot guarantee that products are suitable for every dietary requirement or allergy.

12. Memberships

Memberships:

  • Are non-transferable unless specifically approved.

  • Must be used within their validity period.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • May be suspended or terminated for policy violations.

Unused services after expiry may lapse unless otherwise stated.

13. Packages

Package validity shall be communicated at purchase.

Unused sessions beyond validity may expire.

Packages are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved by management.

14. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Must be redeemed before expiry.

  • Lost vouchers may not be replaced.

15. Pricing

Prices are subject to revision without prior notice.

Taxes, if applicable, shall be charged separately.

Promotional prices apply only during their validity period.

16. Payments

NFYVE accepts approved payment methods.

Full or partial advance payment may be required for selected services.

Outstanding dues must be cleared before future appointments.

17. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments or repeated no-shows may attract cancellation charges or result in forfeiture of prepaid sessions.

18. Refund Policy

Refunds shall only be considered in accordance with applicable law or where expressly approved by NFYVE.

Services already rendered are generally non-refundable.

Products that have been opened, consumed, or used are not eligible for return unless defective.

19. Promotional Offers

Offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns:

  • Cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

  • Are valid only during the promotional period.

  • May be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.

20. Customer Conduct

Customers shall:

  • Treat staff and other visitors respectfully.

  • Maintain hygiene.

  • Avoid abusive or threatening behaviour.

  • Refrain from damaging NFYVE property.

NFYVE reserves the right to refuse service to customers engaging in inappropriate conduct.

21. Photography & Marketing

NFYVE will not use customer photographs, videos, testimonials, or transformation stories for marketing without the customer’s consent.

22. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their belongings.

NFYVE is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.

23. Health Disclaimer

NFYVE provides wellness, fitness, salon, aesthetic, and nutritional support services.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and do not replace professional medical advice. Customers should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

24. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, designs, images, content, videos, branding, graphics, service names, and website materials are the exclusive property of NFYVE.

No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

25. Privacy

Customer information is collected only for legitimate business purposes, including appointments, service delivery, billing, customer support, and communication.

NFYVE will handle personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFYVE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services, products, facilities, or website.

27. Force Majeure

NFYVE shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, power failures, labour disputes, or transportation disruptions.

28. Website

While every effort is made to maintain accurate information, NFYVE does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that all content is error-free.

29. Amendments

NFYVE reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version published by NFYVE shall supersede previous versions.

30. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
